Safety cages for tyre inflation

Tyre inflation safety cages, robust and safe, available in 2 models:

• BASIC (cod.03.000.50) for tyres up to 385/60 22.5";
• HD (cod.03.000.51) for all tyre types including those of mechanical wheel loaders.

The BASIC model is mainly intended for road haulage companies, which carry out tyre maintenance on tractors and trailers in-house.
The HD model is instead intended for professional tyre dealers on a contract basis.

Both cages can be equipped with the electronic inflators (single tube) code 03.000.38 (for BASIC model) or with manual inflation guns with a suitable length of pipe (at least 2 m)

The cages are equipped with a fine-mesh net capable of stopping fragments of rubber or rims in the event of an accident and constructed according to the EU Directive 2006/42/EC  (a declaration of conformity is issued for each model).

For industrial vehicles, their use is provided for by the regulations C.U.N.A. NC 195-09 e UNI 10558:2005.

Failure to use these safety devices, in the event of a serious accident or death of the operator, makes the employer liable.
